2014 Goals...

Well, a few of them. I didn't make a final New Year's Resolution list, and I don't know that it'll ever be complete, so I'll just share some things I want to work on this year...finally. I mean, we're only 3 weeks into the year at this point. I'm always late though, so I guess it fits.

  • Be more punctual HA!
  • Workout a minimum of 3 days a week
    • Complete T25
  • Be more positive
  • Stop caring so much about what you think others think of you. They're probably not thinking of you at all.
  • No distracted driving
  • Nag less
  • Be quiet
    • Don't give your opinion unless someone asks for it!
  • Reach UGW of 143 and maintain between 140-150
  • Save money
  • Get crafty again
  • Cook more healthy family meals
  • Limit "cheat" days
  • Drink more water consistently
  • Get out more as a family
  • More dates with B
  • Read more 

That's all I've got so far. I need to print them out and hang them up around the house so I'm constantly reminded of what I need to work on.

  1. Those are some great goals and definitely achievable. You can do it - look how much you've accomplished so far!

  2. I love your list. I really love "Stop caring so much about what you think others think of you. They're probably not thinking of you at all" I really should add that to my list. I am constantly thinking that people are judging me or thinking negative things about me. Why do I do this?? Who knows!! So I am right there with ya sista.

  3. Those are all great goals and totally achievable!! I LOVE that you want to maintain between 140-150, I think it's such a healthy mindset to know that some days you'll gain, some days you'll lose, so allowing yourself some wiggle room is brilliant and won't stress you out.
    I also adore the new blog design. I don't think you need to pay anyone for it, because your work looks professional, as though a professional did it!

  6. I need to stop giving my opinion too! Great goals. Also.............. what do you want your new blog name to be? It's not that hard to change inside of blogger. You know you are getting the five finger discount on the design. :)

  7. great list!! and it sounds like we are in the same spot weight wise! I just want to get comfortably in the 140s for maintenance, but overall keep getting healthier and stronger.

    and I admit that my craftiness (hell I used to have a craft blog!) went downhill with the new baby and now my primary focus is on exercise instead of sitting at a sewing machine. For now I'm okay with that, but eventually my house will need some help!
