Weigh In Friday + Follow Through Friday...
Today I'm going to link up with some lovely ladies for Follow Through Friday!
I've done really well for this first full week of 2014!
First, my weekly weigh-in
I started T25 on Monday and am loving it! It's tough, really tough, but it's an awesome workout in such a short period of time. Today is a double day and I'm supposed to do Lower Focus and Cardio. We'll see if I survive it. I'm determined to stick with this program and really commit to the full 10 weeks. I took legit "before" pictures in my underwear (my first real before pictures in all of my weight loss journey) and I can't wait to see the changes. There better be changes! Don't worry, unless I come out of this looking like Shaun T, you'll never have to see those pictures.
As far as food goes, I had a not so good day on Sunday (Lunch at Grandmother's is always a struggle), but I've been back on track all week. I'd been debating whether I want to give myself Sundays as a free day, but I'm thinking I shouldn't. What's your opinion of a "free day"? For me, I can undo all my week's progress in one day. I don't really get that whole "moderation" thing if I'm not logging my food. So for now, I think I've decided to save my free days for special occasions like birthdays, anniversary, and holidays.
So far so good on following through on my New Year goals! How about you??
